Founder and Creative Head of DMC, Devin overseas all operations of DMC design and consulting. Since 1994, he has worked as a marketing professional, helping companies and individuals throughout North America, the UK, and Australia. His vision for DMC has always been to make clients’ profits soar through unique, innovative, and eye-catching marketing solutions; and his focus on “catchy” design is what has enabled him to execute thousands of successful campaigns for an extensive client base that comprises a vast spectrum of industries.
Jen Herz’s background is in graphic design and e-commerce. She received a full college scholarship in design and 3D animation and continues to share her keen eye for design with the DMC team. Before joining DMC, she created and ran a successful “green” e-commerce company. The company exists today. She developed and built out this endeavor along with her business partner, and the company gained acceptance and notoriety by green consumers throughout the U.S.
A Marketing and Public Relations professional, Eric oversees all marketing campaigns & client relations for DMC. During his tenure with USA Networks, Eric conceived and created a nationally-aired & well-received televised concert series with Grammy™ winning artists shot on Miami’s famous Lincoln Road, sponsored by Ford. He’s been instrumental in several philanthropic causes on the PR front throughout South Florida. As a key player of the advertising team that nationally-launched Hotels.com, he’s also undertaken a variety of interesting marketing projects including executing PR for one of South Florida’s largest and longest-running annual fundraising events.

Austi has a wide range of experience in the business world and as such, brings varied skills to DMC as the Director of Operations. She followed up her Bachelor of Business degree in Marketing and Business Pre-Law with a Masters of Business Administration. Throughout her education and immediately following it, she grew her expertise and experience in marketing, business, and sales with such high level brands as GFS, Aramark, US Foods, NCAA, ESPN, MTV, and others.
Conrad Iwanicki is DMC’s head of copywriting and an expert strategist when it comes to developing long term marketing initiatives for our clients. While he studied communications at Ohio University, Conrad will be the first to tell you that his education in marketing started when he spent summers working for his Aunt and Uncle’s small business. Not only would he help to write their ads, but would work their sales floor as well. Conrad is the rare breed of copywriter that has a background in both creative writing and sales. While he excelled at them individually, he thrives in the career that fuses the two: copywriting. Conrad has become the rarest of weapons in DMC’s arsenal.
Michael's background is diverse enough to give him a very unique perspective on design as our Artistic Consultant. He initially focused his academic and professional attention on singing and performing, even dabbling in creative writing. Even in high school, design and technology were a big part of his life, although his degree in Music Composition and Vocal Performance from Metropolitan State University would probably surprise you. While singing and performing have continued to be important, he has pursued technical and artistic skills with the committment of someone who is truly passionate about something.

Direct Response Copywriting Consultant
In the early days of her career, she competed with over 200 candidates in the state of New York and was chosen as 1 of 25 select individuals to enter the Cooper Union Art Institute. She went on to attend the Academy of Merchandising and Design in Tampa, Florida where she received her Graphic Design Degree in 1998. After completion of her degree, Alissa began working with the Verizon art department developing ads throughout a 5 year period. After this she worked with another Tampa Bay Area Ad Agency, where she was able to unleash her creative side and design Davey Award winning pieces.
While the rest of our eyes glaze over when correct punctuation is mentioned, hers light up. She understands the written word in all of its glorious detail and complexity. Following this passion, she received her B.A. from the University of California Santa Barbara in Linguistics. She started working as an editor in the academics, assisting students and professors alike; and then made the natural progression into the creative sector, working with artists, authors and publishers. Having received an A.A. in Anthropology, she discovered that marketing and sales copywriting contained an exciting fusion of her passion for human nature and grammar. She has since made marketing firms her "professional home."
It all started with a microphone... In his early years of creative exploration, Joe was involved in several experimental pop/hip hop groups, performing all over the Hampton Roads area in Virginia. This led to designing flyers and promoting events for his group as well as the other acts. When he decided to take a break from music, he settled into graphic design. At first he focused mainly on large format design, like vehicle graphics and tradeshow displays; but his diverse interests soon took him in other directions. Eager to learn more, he dove head-first into videography and web design at the same time. With websites like Youtube taking the internet by storm, these two focuses seemed fitting.

From the beginning of his career, Darren has taken pride in being referred to as “The Glue!”
Subsequent to acquiring a Masters in Computer Science, Darren quickly grasped that his true gift was not in his ability to manipulate 0s and 1s, but more so in his innate talent to engage with customers to ensure they have an experience of significance.
Jake is one of the youngest web developers in the Hampton Roads area. Expertise consists of web development and web communications.
